On October 10^th 2010, Mr. Al Zaeem, in his capacity as the Chairman of Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children, received the British Parliamentmembers, Mr. Lord Norman Warner, Mr. Julian Huppert, Mr. David Ward and Mr. Richard Graham, as well as the members of the Council for Arab-British Understanding (CAABU), Mr. Graham Bambrough and Mr. Ed Parsons. Discussions focused on the ongoing siege of the Gaza Strip and highlighted the disastrous conditions and impacts on various aspects of life, especially at the educational and health levels. In addition, they discussed several suggestions regarding the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the reconciliation among the Palestinian factions, and the post war situation.
