On April 7^th 2009, Mr. Al Zaeem attended a videoconference meeting with Quartet Representative, Mr. Tony Blair, along with representatives of the private and banking sectors. Problems associated with the lack of cash in the Gaza Strip were discussed thoroughly. Mr. Blair promised to make an effort to convince the new Israeli Government to change the current Israeli Policy in this regard.
